Search, identify and locate creativity of employees in bringing the brand to life.

Make sure that you Involve all departments in branding culture -  not just marketing - HR, operations, customer support, development, finance, and any other.

Demonstrate through your behavior and actions that you are the true follower of your own set rules, and you do have the moral authority, and you expect the others to follow YOU.

The brand is not "The brand"
